SmackDown Results: As Edge returned to SmackDown, Kane & Daniel Bryan opted to give the tag team division the chair

The Rated-R Superstar got swept up in a therapeutic moment between WWE Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan & Kane

PHILADELPHIA – While SmackDown braced itself for the return of a true WWE Hall of Famer and World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus joined forces with Randy Orton against the formidable combination of Alberto Del Rio & Dolph Ziggler, it was the anger management issues of the WWE Tag Team Champions that led to an onslaught of absolute, chair-fused anarchy.
Edge, walked into a SmackDown ring for the first time in more than a year, recalling the moment when he was forced to retire 18 months ago due to injury, before mentioning his appearance on the new season of “Haven,” airing tonight on Syfy immediately following the blue brand.
But, when the 11-time World Champion brought up Daniel Bryan & Kane becoming “BFFs” and winning the WWE Tag Team Championships at Night of Champions, the former decided to interrupt him. Bryan declared that “he,” rather than “they,” was the champion. He was confident enough in Dr. Shelby’s anger management techniques to describe himself as an “anchor, rock, one with my emotions.” However, when he tried to analyze The Ultimate Opportunist, the always crafty Edge turned it around and nearly made the submission specialist snap.

WWE News: Why Undertaker Is Best Opponent for Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 29

We all have an idea where the WWE is heading with Lesnar over the next eight months, but is it going to be the right choice?
For starters, let's look at the latest rumor surrounding his potential opponent.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (via WrestlingInc.com), a lot of what happened at SummerSlam between Lesnar and Triple H was designed to set up a match with Undertaker at WrestleMania:
"Parts of the Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H feud, especially the fallout from SummerSlam, have been done to set up The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar if needed for WrestleMania 29."
Of the few possible opponents for Lesnar at WrestleMania 29—The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Triple H—Undertaker is easily the best and most logical choice.
First of all, Michaels isn't going to be wrestling again. That is just my personal opinion, but it is based on a lot of the things he has done during his sporadic appearances. He will be part of WrestleMania, I'm sure, but not in a wrestling capacity.
Rock seems to be locked into a rematch with John Cena, but I don't know why. I understand the WWE wants to give Cena a win back, because everyone in that company is obsessed with 50-50 booking, but it's not like the first match was an all-time classic that needs to be seen again.
Undertaker, both by default and sheer intrigue, becomes the go-to wrestler for Lesnar. There is an easy storyline that can be used to set this up, going all the way back to that staredown after Lesnar lost the UFC heavyweight title in 2010.

Who Has Been Undertaker's Most Imposing WrestleMania Opponent To Date?

most people say Tripple H, but some people think Cena can ent the Undertaker streak at Wrestlemania

That was nothing more than a wrestling angle being used to hype a theoretical match at WrestleMania 27 that never happened. Yet, here we are, nearly two years after that night, with Lesnar and Undertaker looking to settle a score.
Plus, Lesnar's style as a vicious monster who can destroy any man walking the earth makes for a great dynamic with Undertaker's dead man gimmick.
Everyone who challenges Undertaker at WrestleMania thinks they can break him. However, no one has been so physically imposing that they could do it in a way the fans really believed.
That is, at least not until Lesnar came along.
The possibilities for a Lesnar-Undertaker match at WrestleMania are off the charts, which is why that is the only match the WWE should be considering for both men on the biggest stage wrestling has to offer.
